Artist's Description
I made it in February this year. The branch kingfisher was using was covered with moss and mushrooms, because it was grown near water, in humid conditions.
That day was very windy, so wind started to blow into kingfisher's feather, thus creating it looked like one of the mushroom.
As it was sunny day, colors actually appeared perfectly matched, from both the branch and kingfisher itself and this created stunning camouflage, mimicry. I was using SONY a99II & Sony 300/2.8G2 lens
